Join us every Wednesday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Media Room (Wilson Hall, fourth floor) for Student Affairs’ new student wellness event series. Our workshops are designed to give you a chance to relax, decompress, and take time to focus on your mental and spiritual health, as a supplement to other work you are doing for self-care and emotional well-being.
