Artist Statement
MPFPA Alive Typeface is a typeface of 5 biological kingdoms; Monera, Protista, Fungi, Plantae and Animalia. This typeface explores the bridge between fonts and all living things, from microscopic single-celled organisms to mile-long underground fungal networks. MPFPA Alive challenges us to think about letterforms in a 3D living environment. Much like these environments, MPFPA Alive will continue to grow and constantly evolve.
