Congratulations on your acceptance to Moore College of Art & Design! Once you have submitted your enrollment form and tuition deposit the Admission Office will send you your official Moore email address beginning in late May. You will also receive your official Moore Student ID number along with instructions for accessing your Moore email.

Moore Email Address

Your Moore email account is the primary form of communication from the College, so get used to checking it regularly to be sure you don’t miss any important information. Student Affairs will send an email to your Moore email account to help you log onto the Moodle & Self-Service. Once you receive your Moore email address you’ll need to log into your account. You will receive emails to this address explaining how to log into Moodle and Self Service.


Moodle is an online interactive classroom environment where your professors and classmates will communicate about your classes. Eventually, you will be logging into Moodle daily to view posted assignments, surveys, videos, blogs and other items pertaining to your classes. Periodically over the summer, new sections will become available for you to view.


Self-Service is an online portal where all of your official information gets stored and communicated.
Since important student information is stored Self-Service, you will need to set up a secure password for this account. One of the first emails you receive in your Moore email account will contain login instructions for Self-Service. Once you activate this account, you can set up parent access.
