Artist Statement
Born right outside of New York City, Kendall Lowinger is a multimedia artist with a passion for experimentation. A generalist at heart, they primarily work in 2D animation and motion graphics but also love to dabble in illustration and 3D modeling. Captivated by the internet, TV and video games at a very young age, Kendall always maintained an interest in interactive and animated work. These mediums have had a great impact on their artwork and have instilled a love for finding innovative and forward thinking ways of creating.
GARDENofEDEN.exe is a 360/VR video that serves as a culmination of these experiences. This project seeks to commentate on the state of the internet today and explore the "self" that exists in the digital world.
