Joe Kulka is an award-winning children's book illustrator and author. He has illustrated over 20 books for children. Working for USDA Forest Service, Kulka has created notable illustrations and picture books, featuring national icons Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl. With 30 years of experience as a freelance illustrator, Kulka's professional background spans a variety of sectors, including medical, gaming and entertainment. He has a BFA in illustration from the University of the Arts and an MFA in illustration from the University of Hartford. View full profile


Gigi McGeeGigi McGee 

Program Head, Professor
Gigi McGee has worked as a design professional and educator for over 30 years in both Philadelphia and Los Angeles. She is a professor of Graphic Design at Moore College of Art & Design, where she has taught for many years, and her teaching experience also includes the California Institute of the Arts and Otis College of Art and Design. She enjoys a diverse professional background, including entertainment graphics at Seiniger Advertising; information graphics at the office of Richard Saul Wurman; and environmental graphics at Sussman/Prejza; before opening her own studio in 1989. View full profile
