Accepted Graduate Students Reception
Join us on campus for an Accepted Graduate Students reception on April 1, 2022. You will have the opportunity to meet other accepted students in the graduate programs, meet our Program Directors and see the 2021 MFA thesis exhibition.

To secure your place at Moore, please complete your Enrollment Reply Form and submit your enrollment deposit online via your Student Portal.

Final Official Transcripts
Have all final official transcripts from any colleges you attended mailed to the college ATTN: Graduate Admissions or emailed via a 3rd party to gradstudies@moore.edu. If you will be taking out federal loans (Unsubsidized or Grad PLUS), please also have your high school transcript sent to the college via mail ATTN: Graduate Admissions or emailed via a 3rd party to gradstudies@moore.edu.
Clearances for Art Education Students
All Art Education students will need to send their PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal and FBI Fingerprint Clearances to the college either mailed ATTN: Graduate Admissions or emailed to gradstudies@moore.edu.
Access your Moore Email and New Student Guide on Moodle
These accounts get created on a rolling basis beginning in May for those who have deposited. Once your Moore email, ID number and Moodle account have been created, we will send you a detailed email with instructions on how to get started. New students should regularly check their Moore email account for important information once they receive it.
Complete your Health Form
All new students are required to complete a Health Form. You must see a physician in order to have them complete various sections of this form. We highly recommend scheduling your appointment as soon as possible as wait times may vary.

How to view and pay your bill
You can review your bill via Self-Service. Payment will need to be completed either before or during Orientation. In order to attend classes, you will need to be cleared by the Financial Aid and Business offices.
