A brewing company and a soup-making company were some of the 18 employers represented at Moore's 3rd Annual Internship Fair, held in the Great Hall Friday, March 16, 2018.
The event, hosted by the Locks Career Center, was attended by the juniors taking Professional Development, a preparatory class that introduces best workplace practices, and readies our students for their required summer internships in art and design. They came with their resumes in hand and networking skills on display to discuss internship opportunities and land jobs.
Employers participating this year included A.C. Moore, Campbell Soup Co., The Free Library of Philadelphia, Icebox Project Space, Janell Wysock Textiles, Jerks Productions, Leeway Foundation, Llani Shoes, Main Line Art Center, The Mann Center, Mural Arts Philadelphia, Philadelphia Brewing Co./Commonwealth Ciders, Picasso Project/PPCY,Renaissance, Taller Puertorriqueño, Uncanny Brands, Victoria Wright Designs and WXPN.
